How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those that our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

How do I create an account?
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.

2) Enter your email address.

3) Select "I am a new customer".



Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

For domestic orders: We ship our orders via UPS or Federal Express. You can select the shipping method of your choice.

For International orders:
Orders up to 2 lbs cost $20 USD in Flat Rate Shipping
Orders from 2,1 lbs to 5 lbs cost $25 USD in Flat Rate Shipping
Orders from 5 lbs to 7 lbs cost $30 USD in Flat Rate Shipping

We aim to ship all our orders via Federal Express International Priority, which normally takes 3/5 business days and offers a high standard Tracking Number service. When not possible, we ship our international orders via USPS, which can take up to 4-6 weeks and only offers a label number.

*Please Note: The Free Shipping offer is limited to the continental United States. ( Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are excluded.)

*Free shipping excludes Giclee prints and MCM Guitar purchases.

If you are not available or do not make arrangements for the delivery of your order while you are away or go on vacation, and the order is returned you will be responsible for any additional fees and shipping charges.

Please note: The Kingdom Of Steel is not responsible for Duties and taxes incurred on packages shipped internationally! If a customer provides an incorrect address or decides not to pay such taxes charged by a Country’s Customs and decides to abandon the package, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional costs incurred. The Kingdom Of Steel will NOT offer any refund or reship of the item.

I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says, "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product?
All customers wishing to return an item MUST e-mail The Kingdom Of Steel within 7 days of receiving their order. The customer is responsible for the shipping and related charges when returning an order for refund. Customers may NOT return CDs/DVDs that have been opened or articles of clothing that have been or appear worn (For instance with deodorant stains). We also do not accept return or exchanges of items bought at Manowar shows.

The Kingdom Of Steel reserves the right to deny an individual merchandise return or exchange if it determines in its sole discretion that such item cannot be resold or returned for manufacturer credit.The Kingdom Of Steel reserves the right to exclude certain items, like custom-made items or certain 'sale' items from our standard right of return or exchange. Expressly excluded are: Giclee prints, digital downloads, Power Packages and any other item expressly marked accordingly.

I received the wrong product.
In the unlikely event of us sending you a wrong item, then please send it back to us in the original packaging, with a note explaining whether you want a refund or if you want us to replace it with the originally ordered item. We will refund or send you the correct item, as requested, and also refund you the cost of sending the wrong item back.

You must send the item back by recorded delivery so that you can be sure that we will receive it.

When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

All orders are processed within one business day of receipt (this excludes Holidays and other days The Kingdom Of Steel is not in operation). We ship our orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so order placed on these days by 10:00 AM EST will be dispatched the same day.

Damaged goods
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the goods at the point of delivery to make sure that they are in perfect condition. We take all possible steps to ensure that goods are in perfect condition when they leave our warehouse. If the packaging and or goods are damaged upon the purchaser receipt of the goods, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to make a claim against their local postal service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop-down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
We accept payment from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Novus, Discover) and payments through PayPal.

In accordance to New York State Law, all orders placed with The Kingdom Of Steel are not charged at the time of the order, but only pre-authorized for late capture. Funds are not captured until the date of shipping.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. In this case, only orders placed from New York State are subject to 8% sales taxes.

All orders placed with The Kingdom Of Steel are screened for possible fraud before processing. NOTICE: If an order is thought to be fraudulent, it will not be processed until the Kingdom Of Steel has successfully verified the order legitimacy with the customer.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-14 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Refunds may be delayed by a customer’s own banking institution.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
